Are you ready to expand your taste buds and cooking skills to another country? In international Foods we will discover the social, cultural, geographical and economic influences on food availability and diets. This class will allow us to learn about the origins and cooking techniques of American, Italian, Asian, Mexican and French cooking. Students will also complete a technology research project on a foreign culture and cooking demonstration on the specific culture as part of the research. Fee is $30.00
