Are your cooking skills limited to instant oatmeal and frozen chicken nuggets? Gain basic information on cooking, along with safety and sanitization. Students will learn measuring and mixing techniques. With hands-on experience, the basic cooking skills will be put to use preparing various foods such as cakes, cookies, quick breads, and pastas. This is a pre-requisite for all of the other foods classes. Fee: $25.00
